3. Data sharing

We pass on data only where necessary:

  • Printful Inc., Charlotte NC 28273, USA – on-demand production & shipping (processor under Art. 28 GDPR, protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
  • Payment providers (e.g. PayPal, Stripe) – to process your payment.
  • Shipping carriers (e.g. DHL, Austrian Post) – to deliver your order and send tracking updates.

4. Transfers to third countries

Some orders are fulfilled in the USA by Printful. Adequate protection is ensured through EU Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards.

5. Retention period

Contract data are stored for the statutory retention period (7 years under Austrian tax law). Server logs are anonymised after 14 days. Newsletter data are erased immediately after you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. If you believe that processing violates data-protection law, contact us (friedensuchtfrieden@gmail.com) or the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

7. Obligation to provide data

Providing personal data is necessary to conclude the purchase contract and ship your order. Without this data we cannot sell or deliver products.

No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

Our server (Apache / Ubuntu 24) uses SSL encryption, firewall, regular updates and Plesk backups to safeguard your data.
